some of our projects
FC Bayern Munich
FC Bayern Munich approached us in early 2015, wanting to launch a state-of-the-art website as well as Android and iOS apps in the PRC. We conducted a detailed regulatory, technological and market analysis, drew up a platform, editorial and UI strategy, approached and briefed local developers and negotiated co-operation agreements with Chinese partner firms. Both Website and mobile apps launched very successfully within only 4 months of inception.
Germany’s leading pay broadcaster asked us to conduct a commercial and technical analysis of Mainland China’s peer-to-peer video market and to guide them towards technical and commercial solutions for online piracy of their rights.
We drew up a social media strategy and helped implement the club’s Weibo, Wechat, Youku and Nice channels. These have consistently shown the second-highest engagement rates of all Bundesliga accounts. We also work with VfL on a continuing basis for all matters relating to video and TV distribution, mobile and e-commerce.
German Soccer League / Bundesliga
The league asked us to draft a comprehensive digital China strategy. Once the content and platform strategy were in place, we pre-selected and pitched activation and monitoring agencies and oversaw implementation of the league’s Weibo, WeChat and Youku channels. DFL’s Weibo account reached 1 Mio. followers within 6 months, that is the fastest any soccer league has ever grown digitally in China.
ARTE, ORF, BBC Worldwide, Red Bull Media House
Drawing on a reliable and tight-knit network in the television and online video markets, we advise media houses regarding business models, IPTV and OTT technologies as well as content localization. We have successfully placed music, documentary and sports programs on television and video channels throughout the PRC.
