Vienna Tourist Board

Where culture meets technology.

We started working with the city board of Vienna in 2019. Reading times on Weibo were up 800% within the first 4 months after taking over the account. The “All Ears on Vienna” video campaign alone reached 5 million views and 4,200 interactions in the course of 10 days.
The account was ranked #3 of all international city destinations by Sina Weibo in early 2022, second only to Hong Kong and Macao. We also developed a WeChat Mini Program that lets visitors navigate 300 points of interest according to their travel preferences, send personalized postcards and (soon) buy ticket for many of the city’s attractions.

DELSEY Paris

Where French elegance meets innovation.

DELSEY, the irreverent French luggage brand, has been combining expertise, design, innovation, elegance and audacity for 7 decades.

When we first sat down with DELSEY, they asked us to come up with a new brand, social media, marketing and online sales strategy for China.

We are very proud that the iconic brand has since mandated us with managing their entire B2C business in the China: not only do we operate DELSEY's flagship stores on Tmall, JD.com, WeChat, and Douyin, we also run DELSEY's social media accounts on Weibo WeChat, Douyin and RED; we recently spearheaded a major rebranding campaign for DELSEY, and have been endorsing a wide range of influencers, including famlous actress and model Zhang Li.

FIS Ski and Snowboard Federation

Where the "Snow & Ice" craze has only just begun.

With the success of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games and the emergence of Chinese stars such as Eileen Gu and Yiming Su, the Chinese have become more enthusiastic about skiing and snowboarding than ever. 

“I am impressed by how China has made the development of snow sports a priority. A country with the ambition to bring 300 million people to our sports is an amazing opportunity for our sport’’, said Johan Eliasch, President of FIS.

We are incredibly proud that FIS has chosen to partner with two ten eight to build a solid digital footprint in mainland China as part of their new online strategy. This includes official FIS accounts on Weibo, RED and Douyin, which accrued 25 million views only four monhts after launch in November 2022. The channels had the highest engagement of all international winter sports accounts in China in the first quarter of this year.

VIKING Footwear

Where Norwegian brinkmanship meets design.

With it’s one hundred year tradition, Viking Footwear stands for high class quality, waterproof shoes which defy the rules of nature in spite of challenging conditions. 

Viking asked us to map out a market-entry, brand localization, social media and cross-border e-commerce strategy for their kids rubber boots in 2022. This included a thorough market and competitor analysis, recommendations for e-commerce and social media platforms, a digital marketing plan and a comprehensive business plan including logistics, fulfilment, store set-up and operation, marketing and projected P&L.

International Bobsleigh & Skeleton Federation

Where the Flying Snow Dragon came to life.

The International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (IBSF) mandated us with a market entry strategy for China, and with setting up and running their digital presence in the PRC. We have been successfully operating IBSF's Weibo, WeChat, Toutiao and Douyin accounts for the past two seasons. As bobsleigh and skeleton are fairly new disciplines in China, a large part of our communication consisted in educating the audience about the sport, introducing athletes and equipment, and inspiring (new) winter sports fans.

The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games have been a clear highlight so far.  The one billion dollar "Flying Snow Dragon" slide in Yanqing was one of the iconic symbols of the Games, and it is going to host IBSF World Cup races in future years. Even though IBSF was only recently introduced to China, we managed to achieve the second-highest digital reach of all international federations during the Winter Olympic Games.

Eintracht Frankfurt

Where young Eagles are inspired and trained.

We have been operating Weibo, WeChat and Douyin accounts for Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt since 2018. This entails a 24/7 editorial team that produces more than 1.000 posts per season, including live streams, interviews, match highlights and match analyses. The marketing team ideates and runs monthly campaigns for the club and for its Chinese and international sponsors. Moreover, we were asked to to organize all online and offline advertising and PR events during the men's teams tour to Guangzhou, which resulted in more than 20 million views overall and vast media coverage across the nation.

Jointly with the Eintracht Frankfurt coaching team, we developed the first skill-based football WeChat Mini Program for the club’s Chinese academies and for any amateur soccer player in China aiming to up their ante.
